Key tasks

  • Follow up and resolve delivery problems
  • Maintain good relations with clients and encourage service utilisation
  • Provide great customer service by phone and email
  • Assist with rates and quotes

Responsibilities

  • Customer service by email and phone
  • Timely resolution of customer issues
  • Prompt and pleasant assistance with client bookings and questions
  • Client care and relationship management
  • Liaise with operations team and drivers
  • Liaise with our agents for air and road transport
